I’ve never had a bad experience here. My drinks are always made quickly and well. A few days ago, a nice woman making the drinks noticed I was looking for a straw. She offered one quickly, and even offered to bag my drinks. I wish I caught here name, but she was so sweet and it made my day!

really disappointed new baristas and store manager delaying orders not following correct routines and just skipping drinks in front of everyone just a whole mess. Hopefully upper management can fix this store. shoutout to some 3 baristas and maybe a supervisor. it’s not all bad just needs better management.

this starbucks is deleting real reviews and leaving up AI generated positive reviews. i left a review on 5/8/2026 about the poor and slow service they provided and now my review is gone. their most recent review is the longest AI generated essay about the “coffee-shop”. Like i said in my original review, this is the worst starbucks in queens. the baristas are slow and not trained enough in making drinks as I’ve either thrown out my drinks multiple times or asked them to remake it. On my last and final visit, I waited 10 minutes for a grilled cheese, that I preordered on the app, because whoever was making it was taking her time and lacked urgency. The line wasn’t even long but many people got off as there was only one person on register, who also happened to be making the drinks. save your time and your money and just go to another location or the dunkin/paris baguette next door. this business can’t even own up to their wrongdoings and is using AI to save face and keep their doors open. I give it a few more months before it says for rent!

I’ve been to this coffee shop a few times now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The place has a modern, stylish design that feels warm and inviting. The place is well lit and clean. There are plenty of outlets. The drinks aren’t perfected yet. They need to bring in more experience baristas to make the blended drinks. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The mobile pick up area/center seems to flow smoothly even when there’s a lot of pick ups in queue. Not sure how it will run when there is a busy hour or peak hour, but so far so good. There are no bathrooms and there is no sanitizing station. It's not the smallest Starbucks but definitely not the largest one. Hope that the community keeps this place clean and usable.
